Last year at the British Rowing Indoor Championships, Howard Cole took first place in the Masters 85-89 Open category, setting a new record for his age category and proving that competitive rowing truly has no age limit! Howard took up indoor rowing to ‘get as fit as possible’, in order to help him feel younger and pay regular visits to his wife’s care home. Greenhouse Sports head basketball coach Kiran is an ardent advocate of a holistic approach to coaching children and young people. This includes mindfulness and yoga, and her methods have had a transformative impact on students at Tudor Grange Samworth Academy in Leicester, an area known for its high levels of deprivation. Edward is dedicated to fostering self-belief and resilience in his participants at Newton Abbott Martial Arts & Combat Sports, alongside developing their martial arts skills. As a IV Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do and 2nd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing, he has supported students in overcoming confidence challenges and guided others to national and international success.
