November community roundup 🙌⬇️ 🎄The Wishing Tree Project has launched across the regions for the 6th year - helping to make Christmas a little brighter for young and vulnerable people in our communities. 🍃Over in Liverpool, we hosted our first customer Sustainability Roadshow at our newly opened space, The Library in the Cotton Exchange. Our ESG Director Alex Edwards shared insights around how Bruntwood SciTech is supporting customers on their sustainability journeys, with contributions from Fresh Start, University of Liverpool, Unify Energy , and 2030 hub. 🎁 In Birmingham, our customers got creative by hand-painting their own candle masterpieces! They learned a new skill while crafting personalised gifts, just in time for the festive season, including Diwali, Halloween and Christmas. 🎭On Wednesday night, the Leeds team hosted our customers at Leeds Playhouse for this year's end-of-year show, The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe! The customers enjoyed a meal at Sarto before heading to see the smash hit West End play! 🍝Alderley Park hosted Pasta & Pesto: Cooking with Jinny! – an engaging and hands-on workshop where our community mastered the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn new culinary skills whilst connecting with colleagues. As one customer put it, "It was just a really enjoyable session from start to finish!" 🥼At Melbourn Science Park, Bruntwood SciTech and Cambridge Science Centre held the second STEM Club session at Meldreth Primary School, hosted by SPT Labtech, a Melbourn Science Park customer specialising in laboratory automation. This initiative connects local schools with industry experts, showcasing research and achievements while inspiring the next generation. Finally, in Manchester, we have been busy curating a series of workshops to support our Bruntwood SciTech community from pension workshops with Bloc customers, Eadon & Co Ltd. to Productivity webinars.
