The discussion highlighted that, much like physical fitness, leadership requires ongoing development and intentional effort—it’s not something you achieve once and then maintain without practice. The Leadership Fitness Framework provides a powerful way to reflect on our capabilities as leaders, focusing on four key elements: 🏋️♂️ Strength – The confidence to make decisions, take action, and lead with conviction.
