CAD Architects Ltd

Planning Approval has been granted for 40 new homes in Goonhavern. The Approval was granted on Appeal, with the Inspector commenting that the proposals were well-related to the form of the existing settlement and complied with the Neighbourhood Development Plan. The scheme was prepared by CAD Architects and the Appeal prepared by CAD Planning, with support from Stephens Scown. The proposals represent a second phase of development on site with the first phase having recently been completed. We look forward to seeing the progression of this quality development and these much-needed new homes being delivered. A fond farewell to Peter Lapin who retires this week from CAD! Peter joined our practice in 2007 and completes seventeen years with the company!   Peter has supported us and our clients as a Chartered Engineer, an authority on CDM and recently enabled our successful transition to job management software. We will miss his thorough and frank advice, his uncompromising style and his dry wit!   We wish him well and send our best wishes for his retirement.
