Role: Team Leader Closing Date: 7 November Hours: Permanent/Part-time (flexible 21 hours per week) Salary: £31,994.38 (full time equivalent) - actual £19,196.63 This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility, especially if you have dependents at home and prefer work to fit around family life.  This role is responsible for managing the night team in Nightingale House which supports families experiencing homelessness. Cadwyn is currently searching for tenants to share their voice and join our Board & Tenant Scrutiny Panel 🏡🤝 Our proposed partnership with Newydd Housing Association will provide the opportunity for the Board of Cadwyn Housing Association to focus on performance and service delivery. The new Cadwyn Board will have spaces reserved for tenants who will be able to influence how we deliver our services in future. We're readying ourselves for a incredible challenge to abseil down the Cardiff City Stadium in aid of Cardiff City FC Community Foundation. The Foundation uses the inspiration of Cardiff City FC to change lives and transform communities. The event marks the start of our fantastic new development in the area with WILLIS CONSTRUCTION which will see 48 new apartments and a community facility built.
