It's fair to say the experience on board MV Glen Sannox has gone down a treat, and our fantastic crew have extended a warm welcome to all of her passengers. From her first timetabled passenger sailing to the atmosphere onboard, here's a round up of the day. Thank you to all our customers for your continued support ❤️

Today, MV Glen Sannox entered timetabled service for the Isle of Arran. Carrying over 1000 passengers over the course of the day, the vessel operated three return sailings to Brodick in challenging conditions. She’ll bring greater resilience and capacity to the Arran service. We’re delighted to have achieved this milestone. ⛴️

Passengers and crew on MV Clansman were joined on board recently by this unusual vehicle with its festive cargo! Autocar journalist Richard Webber used an Ariel Nomad 2 to bring a Christmas tree to friends in Tiree - all the way from Edinburgh. You can follow each step of Richard's adventure, which recreated a similar trip made by Scottish Explorer Isobel Wylie Hutchison 100 years' ago, in the latest edition of Autocar - https://lnkd.in/e8BitVxV

Great to meet with NFU (National Farmers' Union) to discuss how we can continue to support farming and local farmers across the islands we serve. We're committed to supporting agriculture, a key pillar of economies all over our network. Thanks to Transport Scotland for joining us too.

This year, we are supporting Cash for Kids Mission Christmas – raising money to ensure that a child who's at risk of waking up to nothing on Christmas Day will have something to open. Led by Clyde 1, support for Cash for Kids Christmas Jumper Day launched on our network this week, with breakfast show presenters visiting Largs Port and MV Loch Shira to gather support for the appeal.
