I will be attending this year's British Council for Offices Annual Conference at the ICC in Birmingham. Proudly representing Capital And Provincial and Bellrock Group, I will be joined by Alex Chalker. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 The BCO Annual Conference (22nd-24th May) is a premier event that brings together professionals from across the commercial real estate industry to discuss emerging trends, sustainability, design innovations, and the future of office spaces. It serves as a significant networking platform for industry leaders, architects, developers, and other stakeholders to exchange ideas and foster collaboration. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 I wished to highlight our most recent office delivery below with an image provided for us by MICA PROJECTS LIMITED. As part of the project developing 66-68 Farringdon Road EC1R, into a Ground and 5 floor office with retail offerings and a rooftop terrace and views, a floor of CAT A+ Office space has been completed. With thanks to FLATT & Ian Mcardle Architects Limited who worked excellently to deliver this project for CLI Dartriver. C&P advised on the technical due diligence associated with the purchase of this asset. Capital & Provincial are delighted to see our 2nd Project with Mason & Fifth come to life. We provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services on the project. Vernon House was a redevelopment of an existing building within the Primrose Hill area. The redevelopment included all communal areas, 63 co-living studio apartments and the development of a new designated communal social area that consisted of a kitchen, workspace, and relaxation areas. Great to share the moment where Wates Group and the Gaumont site won the Considerate Constructors Scheme Gold award at the Ceremony at The Brewery in Chiswell St. Capital And Provincial are Project Managers for the redevelopment of 196-222 Kings Road SW3 into a new mixed-use development including: cinema, residential, retail, public house, commercial space & sky bar.
