Updates

  • 📢New medium voltage submersible motors. ➡️Caprari introduces medium-voltage submersible motors, a product that is increasingly gaining market share and is used in demanding sectors such as mining, oil & gas and agriculture. The main advantage of these motors over low-voltage ones is that, for the same power, their rated power is lower than low-voltage motors. This allows reducing cross-sections of power cables, which can result insignificant cost savings, especially with long cable runs. • 📌Did you know that wastewater treatment plants are one of the main contributors to greenhouse gas emissions? The emissions come both from the biological processes that occur within the plants and from the energy consumption required to sustain these processes. ➡️Therefore, the use of efficient pumps can make a significant contribution to the containment of energy consumption, with positive effects on CO2 emissions and both purification costs. These issues, which are becoming increasingly crucial for those working in integrated water cycle management, can no longer be ignored. Our goal, in fact, is to provide products and services that not only preserve water resources but also help companies be part of the change by saving on consumption and emissions. • PROJECTS WORLDWIDE 🌍 Our partner @firstmachineries.ltd , is providing an exceptional supply to address the critical water scarcity faced by the local community in Kwale. ➡️Kwale is a rapidly growing county in the former Coast Province of Kenya, and its total water demand has increased from 200 m3/day to 5,000 m3/day. In response to this demand and after careful inspection and planning, our partner installed 2 high capacity horizontal multistage pumps: a MEC-MR80-2/2Y + 110kW VFD Driven IE3 Motor, and a PMA 100/4A + 160kW VFD Driven IE3 Motor. Thanks to the IE3 motors and the VFDs the client was able to reduce the costs and enhance efficiency. Furthermore, thank to these pumps, the quantity of water distributed is 400 m3/hr and the combined power is 270kw. 📌Discover all our project on the website: https://lnkd.in/d7wDNBcS Thanks to @firstmachineries.ltd for all the project details! #Caprari #projectsworldwide #Kenya
