From the first sketch to the final stitch, every piece of Cara & The Sky knitwear is designed by Cara with love and attention to detail and produced locally right here in the UK. But being a UK-based fashion business is more than just a label: 🤝 Supporting Local Talent: We’re proud to work with skilled manufacturers right here in the UK, helping to preserve traditional craftsmanship, something that won’t be here for much longer if we’re not careful! 🌎 Sustainability: By producing locally, we reduce our carbon footprint, minimizing the environmental impact of transportation and ensuring high-quality, sustainable production practices. 🪡 Quality Control: Being close to our production allows for complete transparency. I can pop up to my factories at any time to check in on how production is going, making sure our standards are met. 💷 Economic Impact: One of the main reasons I wanted to produce in the UK was so my brand can help contributed to the local economy by creating jobs and supporting other small businesses within our supply chain. I am so excited to announce the launch of my first ever spring summer collection!☀️ Entitled “Sunset Strip” the collection is inspired by cool summer evenings and Sunsets in L.A with an English Summertime twist.   The collection has my signature style of bold knitwear in interesting textures, shapes and colours. Some stand out styles are the Paula dress in a bold pink or green gingham. The Marlow & Martha knitted co-ord and the colour clashing Rhiannon stripe jumpers.    This collection is all made from a recycled cotton blend yarn and of course, all made locally in the UK.   I hope you love it as much as I do.
