This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of the surfaces utilised by our players.   • Cardiff Dragons are looking to recruit an inspirational and motivated individual with excellent coaching and leadership qualities, and proven experience of working within high- performance netball to help us deliver on our ambitious aims as a Franchise as part of NSL 2.0. We are looking for an U19 Head Coach to lead our Pathway Squad in the NPL competition. The Head Coach will work collaboratively to develop our Pathway athletes at U19 age group, leading and preparing athletes both on and off the court for performance competitions and supporting their evolution as athletes as they transition through the Cardiff Dragons Pathway.   • ***WE'RE HIRING*** Cardiff Dragons are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join the Cardiff Dragons coaching team. We are looking for an inspirational assistant coach, who can work collaboratively with the Head Coach to take Cardiff Dragons to the next level for the 2025 NSL season. Candidates should have leadership experience, and an athlete centred approach to coaching as well as a track record of developing talent in a high-performance netball environment (preferably at senior level). The successful candidate will demonstrate sound technical and tactical knowledge, applicable to the NSL environment, as well as having an open and inclusive coaching style.

  • U23s Physiotherapist Job Title: Physiotherapist – Cardiff Dragons Pathway U23 Squad Contract: Hourly paid (consultancy) with reasonable travel expenses. Contract will run from September 2024 – July 2025 Responsible To: Head of Performance/ Head Coach U23 Location: Cardiff, with travel across the UK for competition Closing date: The closing date for applications is 5pm, on the 7th of August 2024.
