Standing on stage, seeing the ambition and energy of 700 young faces, I knew we’d created something meaningful. The positive feedback has been overwhelming. One student shared, “𝗕𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼!” That’s exactly the impact we aimed for 🙌 Our mission goes beyond career education. Here’s what we wanted to convey: 𝟭. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆. It’s a way to understand and shape how the world works. For those who want to make a difference, finance provides a powerful lens. 𝟮. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱. In careers and in life, we must embrace the unknown, grow continuously, and seize opportunities. 𝟯. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. I’ve been fortunate to find mentors who helped guide my way. With 17 speakers from diverse backgrounds, we wanted every student to find someone they could connect with and be inspired by.
