Proud to have successfully patented a “METHOD FOR GEOLOCATING A RECEIVER “ (US20220268874) . This “method for geolocating a receiver by measuring timesbof reception by the receiver of a plurality of geolocation signals originating from a plurality of emitters” enables geo-localisation using fixed emitters, whereas existing GPS requires fast moving satellites as emitters. Together with an other active patent in France (FR3120130) this system comes up with a certification procedure allowing to discard false signals and also can use indoor penetrating wavelength allowing indoor geo-localisation. This system may be used for devices localising their users even situated indoor when connecting to an internet service or as a security for replacing potentially jammed or spoofed GPS signals. Carrousel Digital will soon be publishing other geo-localisation techniques using similar technologies.
