A great way to end the year! 🎉 We're proud to have been named as a winner of Britain's Top 50 Managed Services for 2024, awarded by Julian Lee and eChannelNews!. This is the third year we've won this award so we're proud of the recognition for both for ourselves as a business and also for our clients as these awards act as a benchmark for us to always be learning, striving for improvement and delivering the best service. 🏆

The suit is back out again! 🎄🎅 It feels like it was everyone's Christmas party last week...including us! We all took some time out together on Friday as a team to wrap a busy year with some Pho and retro arcades. 🕹️ We also had a little award to celebrate as well! 🏆 #ITProvider #ManagedServiceProvider #MiltonKeynesBusiness #AwardWinning

As an IT partner, It's not just about managing the tech for us. Our mission is to help businesses increase their operational maturity and efficiency. So much so Steven Pretlove took to the stage at Managed Services Summit to share his insights. He was a little excited that he got to share the stage with Rugby legend, Jason Robinson!

🛍️ It just takes one click. We're not here to be a buzzkill but there's a reason Black Friday is now being renamed as Black Fraud Day. Cyber criminals are just as excited about those amazing discounts as we all are and are sadly using this opportunity to take advantage. When you're searching for the best deal, it's all too easy to get swept up. Especially if you're short on time and you're opening different tabs to compare different offers. Here's a quick checklist to help keep you safe: ✉️ - Take a moment to look at the email before you click. - Examine sender email addresses - When in doubt, go directly to the official website 💻 - Look for that little padlock in the address bar. No padlock? No shopping. - Check the website's URL carefully - Legitimate retailers invest in robust security infrastructure 😍 - If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. - Price check across multiple sites - Professional retailers have predictable discount patterns ⏳ - Scammers LOVE making you feel rushed. - Watch out for "Limited time only!" "While supplies last!" marketing tactics - Take a breath. Verify. Then decide. On top of that, if your gut says something doesn't feel quite right. Trust it and move on. Stay vigilant. Stay secure.

Today marks the start of National cyber security awareness month. It's a great way to raise awareness of cybersecurity and use it as an opportunity and reminder to review your cybersecurity practices but remember.. ➡️ Cybersecurity is not a one and done process. ➡️ Threats evolve on a day to day basis. ➡️ Review your practices on an ongoing basis. If you're unsure about your business security, don't sit worrying or put it on a list for another day. Speak to your IT provider or get in touch. #CybersecurityAwareness

🤩 Very proud to have been named in the MSPs to Watch list for 2024 by Channel Futures. We are one of only 7 UK companies who have made the list of 55 MSPs from across the world! 🎉 We strive to do our best for both our own business and for our clients so recognition like this from makes us feel all warm and fuzzy. This list in particular highlights our continued growth and adaptability in an industry which is forever evolving. For our clients this growth means we can continue to support them in the best possible way as their trusted partner, providing access to industry-leading practices and technologies to help them grow. Exactly what we love doing. 💚 #ManagedServices #ITExcellence

We love technology but sometimes it's good to switch off completely and take some time away to be more productive in the long term. As a business owner, are you working to catch up or taking some well deserved time off this summer bank holiday? #WorkLifeBalance #BankHoliday

☀ It is holiday season...for some. But not for cyber criminals. Before you or your employees go ahead and set that out of office, here's some quick reminders to help keep your business safe: ❌ Don't overshare in your out of office or on social media ❌ Don't use public Wi-Fi without protection ❌ Don't neglect device security such as screen locks ❌ Don't disable multi-factor authentication ❌ Don't ignore company security policies ❌ Don't neglect incident response preparedness ✅ Do have the best time! Go ahead and share with your team. Long weekends and holidays are prime times for cyber attacks such as ransomware, because criminals like to target companies when they are likely to be most vulnerable ie. when resources are low and guards are down. Enjoy your summer without your business feeling the heat. 🥵

Do you have any Windows 10 computers in your business? 🗓️ They’re reaching end of life in October 2025. That means no more updates, including security patches, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. If you do have any Windows 10 devices, your business’s data will be at risk if you haven't done anything by that date. You have four options: 1️⃣ Pretend it’s not happening 2️⃣ Upgrade to Windows 11 3️⃣ Invest in new devices 4️⃣ Pay for security updates (and extend Windows 10) So, if you have any Windows 10 devices, now’s the time to carefully weigh up each one and decide which is the right choice for your business. If we can help talk it through with you, get in touch.
