Nikoletta Siddique, Diabetes Specialist Nurse, was awarded the Excellence in Group Education award, for her work delivering group education with the DESMOND programme. Her contributions include creating a promotional video on early intervention and driving a project to recruit Hindi-speaking patients to help reduce local health inequalities. As part of this year’s Disability History Month, watch an inspiring video showcasing the personal journeys of four colleagues who have embraced their disabilities and thrived in their roles. In the video, each participant shares their experiences of navigating the challenges of living with a disability and the role CLCH NHS Trust has played in supporting them.

They braved a cold, rainy night under the stars at Lockers Park in Hemel Hempstead, joining DENS: Helping Rebuild Lives to experience life on the streets.
