Lexcel accredits firms that have high standards of client care, risk management and people management. To be awarded and retain Lexcel recognition is no mean feat! Each year we undergo a rigorous assessment process. Hartlaw is one of only 1400 firms out of around 9,500 in England & Wales that have Lexcel accreditation. Our ongoing Lexcel accreditation feels like real recognition for the effort we to manage our firm in a way that makes this a fab place to work as well as our commitment to a culture of quality for our clients. We have an excellent, collaborative, and supportive partnership team who wholeheartedly believe that we should live by our values.
