As 2024 draws to a close, we at Charlie Bigham’s reflect on a wonderful year of significant achievements and initiatives that have reinforced our commitment to our people and community. This year, we continued to build a business where people love to work and feel valued and supported. We were delighted to maintain our Great Place to Work status, a testament to the positive feedback from our employees and our ongoing efforts to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Our commitment to the community continued through various initiatives aimed at giving back and building connections. We participated in local events and supported educational programs. We also recertified as a B-Corp which continues to demonstrate our commitment to doing business in a better way. As we achieved so much in 2024, we celebrated along the way with our brilliant colleagues! Some of the best celebrations included our Diwali lunch in London, our Extraordinary Compass event and finished it off with Christmas parties and more celebrations. As we prepare for 2025, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and are confident that, with our dedicated team our business plans and investment, we will continue to achieve great things. This initiative is particularly close to our hearts as we lease and help care for this section of the Strawberry Line, ensuring it remains a place of beauty for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers alike.
