Consultant, coach and facilitator. I design and deliver workshops and programmes on racial equity and social justice for individuals and organisations where this is a priority.

Are you white and passionate about challenging racism? Do you want to change racist structures and systems? Do you need the skills, knowledge, and confidence to challenge racism and address racial injustices? If yes click on the link below to find out about a one-off programme with guest Dr Robin D’Angelo author of White Fragility and renowned scholar on anti-racism. It’s a one-off opportunity to learn from Robin who has over 20 years of expertise in racial and social justice. Led by myself who has over 20 years’ experience of designing and facilitating workshops on racial and social justice. Robin and I will lead you through 10 workshops exploring racial dynamics and gaining insight into how we may be unwittingly colluding with systemic racism. The process will help you navigate uncomfortable emotions like white guilt, confusion, and resentment to foster open and honest cross-racial relationships. And it will help you identify and interrupt unconscious biases that impact daily interactions. What you need to know: The course will take place on Tuesday evenings from 7 – 8.30pm UK time from 16 April to 18 June 2024. There are limited places.
