12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: THE FINAL DAY🎄👇 December wrapped up an amazing year across the AER Rents Group with a mix of festive spirit, new milestones, and well-deserved recognitions: mrplanthire treated customers to custom Christmas coffees, spreading holiday warmth. They also awarded the winner of their Halloween prize draw with an iPad. Welfare 4 Hire Ltd handed out custom hot chocolate and also launched their festive "ELF in Welfare 4 Hire" campaign, adding a playful touch to their socials with fun content and Christmas cheer throughout the season. Drogheda Hire & Salescelebrated a big win as they won two awards at the Machinery Movers Magazine Awards - one for Health and Safety and Danny receiving the Recognition Award. Hudson Lifting Limited added excitement to the season with weekly giveaways leading up to Christmas, including two Apple Watches and a sweet and chocolate hamper. Simon Hindley joined AER Rents as Financial Director, strengthening the leadership team. Teams across all businesses donned their best festive knits for Christmas Jumper Day, decorating depots and hosting Christmas parties. The AER Rents family came together for the 12 Days of Christmas Campaign, highlighting the achievements, milestones, and camaraderie shared throughout the year. We closed the year with a heartfelt Merry Christmas from all of us at AER Rents, celebrating a fantastic 2024 and looking forward to an even brighter 2025!

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: DAY ELEVEN🎄👇 JUST ONE DAY TO GO! Chippindale Plant spotlighted their versatile site cabins and welfare units, offering full setups from 10ft to 32ft with delivery across the UK. Competitively priced and customisable, these units provide essential amenities for construction sites, events, and remote locations. The AER Rents Group hosted their first-ever conference in Dudley, uniting teams from all businesses to discuss strategy and strengthen collaboration. mrplanthire had a memorable month: They celebrated 10 years under AER Rents Group, attended the IPAF Elevation event, introduced a new 32t Renault truck as part of their vehicle upgrade programme, and achieved SSIP certification. Chippindale and Welfare 4 Hire Ltd joined the Black Friday excitement, offering personalised discounts to their customers. Mainline Group and Welfare 4 Hire both launched new brochures last month, continuing their focus on innovation and customer resources. Across the Group, teams are embracing the festive spirit and gearing up for even more exciting developments as the year draws to a close.

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: DAY TEN🎄👇 October was a busy month across the AER Rents Group, filled with new additions, industry leadership, and creative initiatives: Chippindale Plant welcomed Tracey Hazelton as their new Area Sales Manager for Accommodation and Welfare. Tracey brings 16 years of experience and will focus on strengthening these key business areas. All companies marked World Mental Health Day with a heartfelt video, reminding everyone about the importance of seeking support. Halloween decorations were active across many AER Rents Group depots, and mrplanthire and Welfare 4 Hire Ltd treated customers to special Halloween coffees. Drogheda Hire and Sales attended the IPAF Council meeting in Belfast, staying engaged with industry developments. As the clocks went back, the Group shifted focus to winter ensuring teams and sites are ready for the season. mrplanthire kicked off their sponsorship with Enfield FC, supporting their local football team, and also joined the inaugural Hire United meeting, uniting leading independent hire companies to strengthen the industry. Welfare 4 Hire launched their physical and online brochures, offering an easy guide to their full range of welfare units, toilets, and storage solutions. Mainline Group also released their brochure, showcasing their powered access and lifting equipment. Across the Group, teams received valuable training sessions from Benerice Bondjanga, AER Rents Social Media Manager, and Owen Whitehead, Head of Marketing, to enhance their digital presence.

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: DAY EIGHT🎄👇 August brought plenty of celebrations and exciting developments across the group: Mainline Group and Chippindale Plant proudly marked Yorkshire Day, celebrating the heritage of the region. Chippindale also expanded their fleet with new telehandlers. Drogheda Hire & Salestreated their team to a Pig-on-a-spit BBQ, and MPH kept the summer vibes going with their own BBQ at their Morson Road depot. Hudson Lifting Limited continued to grow, opening a new depot in Birmingham to strengthen their service in the region. mrplanthire boosted their fleet with JCB telehandlers and JLG scissor lifts and proudly sponsored the Super Trowel 2024 event. From regional celebrations to fleet expansions, August was a standout month!

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: DAY SEVEN🎄👇 July was another busy month filled with growth, investment and new faces: Chippindale Plant exhibited at the Great Yorkshire Show, showcasing key hire and sales products. Their focus on attachments continued, offering customers cutting-edge solutions for their projects. Hudson Lifting Limited opened their fifth depot in Bridgwater, strengthening their ability to serve the South West. Drogheda Hire & Saleswelcomed JP Kennedy as their new Managing Director, leading the way for future success. mrplanthire expanded their low-level access range with new Pecolifts, Ecolifts, and scissor lifts, now available for hire. Mainline Group took delivery of new 5T forklifts and achieved ISO9001/14001 re-certification, demonstrating their commitment to quality and environmental standards. Amanda Rance joined AER Rents as Head of HR, bringing valuable expertise to our growing Group.
