My employee and Business Manager in training, Melanie, shared this with me recently.. 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: You want to Become a Meditator. So, you spend time setting everything up, buying equipment, finding out 'How best to make a meditation habit stick'. Then something goes wrong...the Sheer Scale of becoming a meditator seems daunting, so you postpone it for the future when you have more Time & Energy. Just DOING that ONE thing... (Writing a few pages of the novel, 15 mins of exercise... He even uses Starting your own Business as an example) ...it requires Surrendering a sense of Control...it means not knowing in advance if you'll carry it off perfectly...a Leap of Faith...it means FACING THE TRUTH that you're Always in the Kayak. 💡 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻...to offer a SHIFT IN PERSPECTIVE and Practical Techniques. I'm only on Day 2, and if each day is supposed to be a Meditation, it's not as you'd expect, more a Message/piece of advice, and that's what I LOVE about it! 😍 I haven't done the book justice, so try it yourself!"
