It’s Self Care Week - a time to focus on actions you can take to look after your physical health and mental wellbeing. What can you do to practice self-care whilst at work? ⬇️ Set a timer to take regular breaks and use that break to stand up, stretch, move away from your screen. Stay hydrated. Keep a bottle of water on your desk. One that marks how much you are drinking is useful. Interact with colleagues. Social interaction is important for our mental wellbeing.
