We are thrilled to welcome Alfie and Finlay to the City Residential team! Alfie, our new Property Manager, joins us with valuable experience from a corporate estate agency. He is eager to become part of the team and work in the vibrant city centre. Finlay, our new sales negotiator, brings an incredible amount of enthusiasm and energy to our expanding sales team, we are very excited to have him on board!

City Residential had the opportunity to attend yesterday's Place North West: Liverpool City Region Development Update event, where prominent leaders shared insights on the future of Liverpool’s waterfront and regional development. It’s great to see what is next for Liverpool!

Last week, we attended the Autumn Developers Forum at BOXPARK Liverpool. It was a pleasure to learn about the rich history of Cains Brewery Village and the upcoming development and regeneration opportunities available in the city including Festival Gardens and the Littlewoods site. During the forum, Cllr Liam Robinson, Leader of LCC, announced the launch of The Liverpool Regeneration Partnership. This new initiative will play a crucial role in shaping the city's future. The atmosphere at the forum was filled with optimism and excitement as industry experts, local businesses, and community leaders gathered to discuss the transformative potential of the partnership. Panel discussions provided valuable insights into sustainable urban development, innovative technologies, and strategies for fostering economic growth while preserving Liverpool's unique cultural heritage. Very exciting times ahead for the city of Liverpool!

Over the past three weeks, members of the City Residential team have been volunteering at Claire House in Liverpool. Our contributions have included gardening, moving logs, raking, and painting indoors. The work has been incredibly rewarding, allowing us to contribute to the community. Each week, we have looked forward to seeing the progress we've made. It's amazing how teamwork and determination can transform a space and make it more welcoming for everyone who visits! Thank you Claire House we are grateful for the chance to lend a helping hand.
