According to Savills, predictions show that we can expect an overall rise of 4% in property prices in 2025.   🏠Where Will House Prices Rise the Fastest in 2025?  The North is still expected to outperform the South. The regions that are expected to see the largest rise with a 5% growth are the North West, the North East, and the Yorkshire and Humber. Cities such as Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and Bradford are predicted to be the top-performing cities in terms of price growth. 🏠Will Demand Stay Strong Throughout 2025? The supply and demand imbalance in the UK property market is expected to stay in place, keeping pressure on renting costs.
