🎉 Hospitality Action Winter Chefs’ Dinner🎉 On October 28th, eight of London’s finest award-winning chefs cooked up a gastronomical feast at Raffles London at The OWO, supporting Hospitality Action in their annual Winter Chefs’ Dinner. The evening raised vital funds to help thousands of hospitality households facing extreme food and fuel poverty and poor mental health, associated with the cost-of-living crisis. Hosted by award-winning chef Sabrina Ghayour, the event featured two exceptional menus cooked by eight talented guest chefs. The stellar lineup of award-winning chefs included: ⭐ Claude Bosi, Claude Bosi at Bibendum ⭐ Robin Gill Food, Darby's London ⭐ Kazutoshi Endo, Endo at the Rotunda ⭐ Bomee Ki, Sollip Restaurant ⭐ Jonny Lake, Trivet Restaurant ⭐ Ashley Palmer-Watts, Devonshire Soho ⭐ Tomos Parry, Brat Restaurant ⭐ Cynthia Uma, Rambutan London We supported the event by supplying the ingredients for Bomee Ki's dessert course on Menu One, a Mont Blanc with chestnut cream, pine nut praline and tonka bean Chantilly. An incredible £90,000 was raised to support those in the hospitality industry. Today is #WorldFoodDay, and we’re proud to partner with City Harvest London in the fight against hunger right here in London! We believe in using our resources for good and together with City Harvest, we’ve already provided 5.4 tonnes of food which gave over 12,840 meals to shelters, community kitchens and schools across our beautiful city. By rescuing food for human consumption we prevented 17.3 tonnes of GH emissions! But we’re not stopping there.
