  • We’ve put Google Merchant Center Next updates to the test – here’s what we learned. The latest updates bring significant improvements, especially with automatic product data detection from your website – no more manual uploads! This shift simplifies feed management, though you can still edit products manually if needed. We also found the ability to edit products directly in the platform a game-changer, allowing real-time updates to titles, descriptions, and more without the need for supplemental feeds. The new “Click potential” metric has proven useful too, offering insights on which products might need attention based on past traffic and demand. Plus, the Performance tab gives us a streamlined view of key metrics like competitive visibility and pricing trends, all in one place.
