This includes advising individuals through financial remedy disputes, often involving corporate entities and international assets. He also has experience advising individuals through private children law disputes, including where allegations involving parental alienation, drug and alcohol abuse and mental health issues are raised. Clintons want to take this opportunity to congratulate England youth international, Ayden Heaven, on his transfer to Manchester United from Arsenal F.C. Represented by Andrew Squires May and Karim Bouzidi of Clintons Sports Team, Ayden links up with Manchester United’s first team squad under Head Coach Ruben Amorim having agreed a multiyear deal at Old Trafford, and we wish him every success at his new club. Andy and Karim are practising solicitors and FIFA licensed and FA registered Football Agents.

Represented by Roddy Chisholm Batten of Clintons, The Duke of Sussex has achieved a monumental victory in his misuse of private information claim against News Group Newspapers Limited (NGN). In what has been described as a historic admission of guilt, NGN has, for the first time, admitted that private investigators working for The Sun were engaged in unlawful activities. This represents an excellent result for the Clintons dispute resolution team and is testament to their unmatched expertise and experience in this area of practice.    Commenting on the case, Roddy said he was “very much in awe of Prince Harry’s grit, courage and determination in seeing this through to a just conclusion after five long years of facing everything that NGN could throw at him both in the press and during the litigation - fantastic result for us yesterday and I sincerely hope that both the police and the government take a very close look at what went on at The Sun and those responsible for it.”

We are delighted to announce that Daniel West has today joined the firm as Principal in our Corporate & Commercial team. Danny has over 12 years of experience advising on a wide range of commercial and regulatory issues in the media sector, with particular expertise in TV and Sport. Danny joins from CMS, where he spent two years advising media businesses as part of the firm’s Media & Technology team. Prior to that, Danny spent a decade working in-house for organisations including AEG, Paramount, NBCUniversal and BT. Everyone at Clintons welcomes Danny to the firm!

Women Talk Real Estate is part of Diversity Talks Real Estate, a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving diversity and inclusion in real estate industry across Europe. We do so by increasing the visibility of under-represented groups, with a particular focus on women and ethnic minority professionals, via our industry-sponsored speaker platform.
