💚 Volunteering Day at Victoria Park Stretford We got our hands dirty this week to help Friends of Victoria Park Stretford, a fantastic charity committed to caring for a beautiful local park. We had a great day out on site in the picturesque Cheshire village of Lymm, where our borrower is building four lovely family homes. The progress on site is going well, as you can see from these photos. We were amazed to hear the number of bricks used in a project of this size... 35,000! We had a fantastic day with the Canvey Island Youth Project this week, where a team of eager volunteers helped with weeding, creating new flower beds, clearing and other gardening tasks. The Canvey Island Youth Project (Yellow Door) are an independent charity who provide information, advice and support to young people aged between 11-25 years old.
