CO3 has published a statement in response to the DoH Core Grant funding announcement. Of the 259 funding applications made, only 25 - fewer than 10% - were successful… This announcement has highlighted the stark mismatch between need and the available funding. Exploring Interim Executive Leadership with Roger Courtney This week, we welcomed a group of CO3 members to the Interim Executive Training, where they gained valuable insight into the role of interim leadership in the third sector. Led by Roger Courtney, the session explored what it takes to step into an organisation at a critical moment—providing stability, guiding change, and ensuring continuity. From understanding contracting and governance to assessing organisational needs, participants left equipped with the tools to take on interim leadership roles with confidence.
