Professional Training and Coaching

Working with individuals and organisations on leadership development, career and organisational change and culture.

About us

I am a qualified and accredited professional coach (ACC and EMCC) with years of experience in leadership roles and I offer bespoke leadership, career and personal coaching programmes. I work with individuals who want to work, lead and live authentically. Through coaching they connect with their courage to navigate complexity and thrive, making a difference for themselves and others. I also work with organisations who want to bravely navigate the complexities of our times. To achieve this I bring together my coaching skills, my years of experience in leadership and my background in psychology. I am driven by the belief that everyone’s potential could be limitless. This belief derives from person-centred theories that see individuals as whole, resourceful and creative – even when systems put barriers and do not allow us to see this. At the same time, humans are predominantly social, connection and relationships-seeking beings, and I believe in the collective power of groups and organisations to bring change. We work together to help you (re)discover your strengths, finding answers, solutions and direction. Each person can be very different even if their challenges are similar to others’. The way I work with you is always bespoke. Labs are spaces where change always happens. I created Coaching Labs as a space of reflection, discovery and transformation. This is your invitation to your coaching lab. Visit my website to learn more and book your free coaching discovery call with me.

*Two days to go for our #EarlyBird registrations. Join us! 🎉 I am really excited to be co-facilitating my first playshop with Noah Gabriel Martin this February. What is it about? One of my favourite subjects: Values! or Naughty values. 🙃 There’s nothing more important than our values, as everyone seems to acknowledge these days, so why do we so often identify with values that are the same as everyone else’s and that aren’t really reflected in our actions? This February, College of Modern Anxiety is launching an exciting new hashtag #playshop, a collaboration between philosopher Noah Martin and myself, that we call "Naughty Values". This playshop brings together theories from Brené Brown, Friedrich Nietzsche and Carl Jung with specially designed games to help you explore the world of values beyond the warm and fuzzy, unobjectionable ones on all the corporate websites. We hope you’ll leave the playshop with: ⭐ Greater clarity and certainty about values that are really your own ⭐ Strategies for using them to make hard decisions and navigate the complexities of your life and work ⭐ New questions to consider as you go out into the world. Join us this February and explore your values along with a super interesting group of like and different-minded people. 🗓️ Sunday, 23rd of February from 14:00 – 17:00 📍 St Margaret's House, London 💷 Take advantage of our early bird price of £12 until 21st of January, after which the cost is £18. See link in comments for more information and to register. And feel free to #share with friends and networks! 🙏 #playshop #workshop #values #NaughtyValues Photo by Ron Lach

    - - - Appreciating the details in working with teams - - - This morning I had a call with an organisational client I worded with a couple of months ago. I worked with their leadership team and designed and facilitated an in-person retreat. We had a debrief and follow up call, and I was so pleased to hear about the positive impact the retreat had, propelling them to continue working together with commitment to the team. We managed to co-create a space for them to share openly and experience how it is to be and work together despite the challenges and differences. ⭐ Human beings are relational beings. ⭐ We seek connection and understanding. ⭐ We want to be and feel seen and heard. We carry our stories, and we form part of internal and external systems, which we influence and are influenced by. I felt deep gratitude to hear that the team got what they needed, for them to be able to continue building their collaboration, move ahead with clear purpose, aim to achieve what they need to and remain committed to do so following the shared values they identified during the retreat. If your organisation needs a boost in how the teams work together, let's talk. I am always happy to have conversations and explore how I can support you. #Coaching #TeamCoaching #SystemicCoaching #Organisations #OrganisationalDevelopment #LeadershipDevelopment #Facilitation #Retreat #Workshop

  • - - - Free End of Year reflection guide - - - I was a young teenager in Athens in mid 90's when I started the habit of spending some time on New Year's Eve to reflect on the year that I was saying goodbye to. I have kept this habit since then. Year later, I saw that it was becoming very popular and many different guides were being created and shared. I have used many of them. Honouring my 14-year old self, and based on my experience as a #coach and research on journaling and reflection, I created a new guide to help you spend some time making sense of #2024. 2024: I hear it has not been easy for many people I know. For others, it has been an amazing year and for many a roller coaster. For the world as a whole, it has been a particularly challenging one. Wherever you stand, I invite you to use the guide and spend some time tonight to reflect on how you experienced 2024 and how you want to welcome #2025. And feel free to share with your networks too. Happy New Year everyone! 🎆 🎇 🎉 P.S. If you want to continue your reflections and explore ways to navigate 2025, #coaching is the most effective way to do so. • Today it's World Kindness Day! I probably learnt about kindness during my childhood from my mother. Years later, having explored the idea of kindness through the lenses of leadership, psychology, philosophy, Buddhism, social justice and positive change, I learnt how hard it is to remain kind when things are sh*t. And this is when kindness is needed most. I also know that meaningful leadership starts with kindness. I have always tried to be kind as a leader, even if I am not always successful in this. It’s not just a soft skill—it’s a strength that builds trust, motivates teams, and creates an environment where people feel valued. In these difficult times, with injustice, conflict and division widespread, ethical leadership means leading with empathy, prioritising the well-being of those around us, and making decisions that support rather than divide. Let’s take a moment today to reflect on how we can incorporate more kindness into our leadership practices, not just today but every day. When leaders care, they set the tone for a healthier and more resilient workplace. And remember to be kind to yourself, as well as others and nature. #WorldKindnessDay #Leadership #KindLeadership #LeadershipCoaching #LeadershipCoach #Coaching #Coach

I spent a week in #Nairobi, working with senior representatives and leadership from Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Eastern Africa and facilitating two leadership retreats. Together, we delved into strengthening collaboration, defining strategic priorities, and fostering collective power to drive MSF’s mission, creatively tackle challenges and innovate. 📈 We explored trust, values, fears, and hopes, and how they all bring individuals and teams together. In two bespoke and co-designed retreats, we utilised various methods like group coaching, constellations, and open discussions, crafting new ways of working together and problem-solving. ❤️ A huge shoutout to Anthony Ayuel, Rolland Kaya, and Yaser Ahmed for their trust and collaboration throughout this transformative journey. Grateful for the support of Bea Murekatete in logistics and insights, and kudos to Justa Njiru for the exceptional co-facilitation at one of the two retreats (I learnt so much from you)! #Coaching #LeadershipCoaching #ExecutiveCoaching #SystemicCoaching #Constellations #Retreat #Workshop #Facilitation #Humanitarian 📸: Captivating snapshots from the workshops and strategic discussions, depicting the impactful Systemic Coaching Constellations exercise and "family photos" at the retreats closure.

  • About breaks and staying still. How do you take a break in a world that keeps spinning? How do you disconnect when you’re a busy manager, when you are responsible for others? It’s not easy. But it’s important. Find your window and take a breather. It can be a month, a week, a day. (Obviously the longer, the better). I’m currently on leave and I’m trying to stay disconnected. Let’s be in touch from early September! #OutOfOffice #Pause #Rest

  • Coaching is a rather simple process, entailing a purposeful interaction between two (or more) people. I tried to break it down in five simple steps and step 5 is about transformation. I know that transformation sounds radical and deep. It can be, but it does not have to be. 🌟 Transformation can be small and impactful changes in our every day life. In the ways we relate with others and ourselves; in the ways we work and we lead; in the ways we make decisions and live our values. It is about change. 🔥 The willingness to change and the steps and actions that are needed to achieve this change. 👣 What is the one thing YOU would like to change? 🤔 If you feel like it, share it in the comments. 👇️ . . #CoachingLabs #Coaching #LeadershipCoaching #CareerCoaching #TransformationalCoaching #Coach #CareerCoach #LeadershipCoach #ProfessionalCoach #CoachingWorks #Reflection #TimeToThink #ThinkingSpace #Action #Change #Transformation
