We are delighted to support Norris Green Community Alliance's Santa's Sleigh events, along with our partners Brabners, Ecogee UK and Lovell Partnerships Ltd. We donated and collected selection boxes that were given to children from across our communities by Father Christmas himself! We hope everyone had a wonderful time.

We’d like to thank Thomas from Wilkinson Cowan Partnership for visiting us in our new Community Hub yesterday to deliver selection boxes and a huge bag of presents.    These gifts will be handed out to local children in our communities when they come along to see Santa at our fantastic Christmas Grotto later this afternoon. Thank you for your support, we really appreciate it!

As part of ASB Awareness Week, our Neighbourhood teams held a community action day to clean up the Scargreen estate shops and surrounding areas in Norris Green.    Together with Liverpool City Council and children from Ranworth Square Primary School, we completed a litter pick, carried out house and street inspections and gave fuel vouchers to residents to help them heat their homes this winter. Thank you to Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service for their support in cleaning up our communities.

Thank you so much to the amazing Penny Lane Builders Ltd, Lovell Partnerships Ltd, Ecogee UK and Brabners who worked alongside our brilliant Norris Green Neighbourhood Team at a community impact day. As a community-based housing association, we’re committed to the people we serve and to ensuring that our significant investment and commitment to our neighbourhoods leads to improved outcomes. We are absolutely delighted to officially launch Cobalt Community Hub, a dedicated space in the heart of our neighbourhoods, where our communities can access support or tackle social isolation. We offer lots of ways for our communities to come together, from Brekkie and Brew Friday to our drama group, community choir to our youth forum. Our Community Hub will continue to provide all of this and much more. Yesterday’s launch event was an incredible day and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making it happen. We have no doubt that our Hub will do great things for our customers and those living in our communities. 

We have procured and planned. Written and consulted. Tested and checked. And we’re absolutely delighted to launch our brand new website! We worked with our involved customers from the start, from procuring a supplier to mapping out the structure, approving content to testing the new site. Job Title: Customer Lead (Neighbourhood Housing Team Lead)  Salary: £38,231.35  Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term  Location: Lower House Lane, Liverpool, L11 2SF We’re hiring a Customer Lead to support the Neighbourhood Manager in leading the customer relationship function within the wider neighbourhood team, managing a small number of neighbourhood housing officers and processes within the team. This includes customer engagement, allocations and tenancy management, along with low-level anti-social behaviour. Role Summary: The Customer Lead will oversee the Neighbourhood Officers in a specific geographical area to support the delivery of core housing management functions, including allocations, void management, estate management, customer/resident involvement and promoting of Cobalt with our stakeholders. The Customer Lead will be responsible for ensuring that targets and objectives are met including neighbourhood plans and community events. They will work with the Neighbourhood Manager and the Income and ASB (anti-social behaviour) specialist officers to identify and address wider neighbourhood and customer priorities and ensure that their team is motivated and supported. The Customer Lead will actively maintain effective working relationships across the business and support the development of both internal and external relationships, particularly leading and nurturing our resident involvement initiatives in each locality and across the organisation.
