Franchisors... STOP this one thing to reclaim your sanity! 😫 Ever feel like you need to be ALL THE THINGS to ALL of the people, ALL the time? How's that going for you? Exhausted? I get it - I remember it well! I also remember the sheer RELIEF when I finally outsourced. We had a full time marketing manager to manage our Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Our industry meant that we relied heavily on Google advertising, so the sheer volume of queries and questions from our franchisees each day was INTENSE. Eventually, I decided to outsource our Google Ads to Coconut Marketing, and it was the best thing I ever did! As a team, we had so much more time to focus on franchisee growth, and my marketing manager was free to be creative and focus on Facebook marketing. Outsourcing isn't always an option as you're growing the network, I get that. But as soon as you're able to, I'd highly recommend it!
