Meet our talented work placement student Peter Johnson from The University of Salford! "I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cognitive Publishing. As a master’s student of Journalism, it has been fascinating to participate in the process of gathering and writing news in a busy newsroom. I am incredibly grateful for the breadth of opportunities I have been offered at Cognitive, including writing my first published article and producing the company’s daily news bulletin for their Public Sector Executive social media pages. I am delighted to have been entrusted with these responsibilities which have helped me to learn so much in a short space of time. Cognitive has also provided me with invaluable experience across a range of forms of news presentation, including writing for a website, producing an online magazine, uploading daily news bulletins to social media and releasing regular podcasts. The people at Cognitive have been very welcoming and generous with both their time and their knowledge to help me learn as much as possible from my time here.
