Shannon brings to Cole Khan extensive experience in advising on and bringing high-value claims involving discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing on behalf of senior executives, regulated individuals and those employed within academia. Shannon has a particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional cases. Having trained at a US Firm, she has successfully represented a number of individuals in multi-million-pound claims against global companies and has been instructed by US Counsel and individuals to pursue parallel claims in the UK and obtain witness evidence under the Hague Convention to support US litigation. Shannon recently, successfully, sat the California Bar Exam with a view to being admitted as a California Attorney in 2025.
