With 21 countries and over 50 participants from across the Commonwealth, the camp was a powerful platform for freedom, connection and growth: We’re excited to see how these athletes and coaches continue their journeys in the future!

This development and inclusion pathway programme is designed to provide them with skills, knowledge, and resources that aid their personal development and training as they prepare for competition. George Black has been announced as the new Chair of Glasgow 2026 Organising Company, taking up the role with immediate effect. A former Chief Executive of Glasgow City Council, George led the city’s preparations for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and was a member of the Glasgow 2014 Strategic Group.
