KG will be in attendance and available throughout the day. Together, we will be demonstrating our full capabilities and partnership. Our first Bihler tool moving into the ready position. We have designed and manufactured our first Bihler tool since becoming the official Bihler tooling partner. The tool has been fitted to a GRM-NC machine which will be producing complex wire parts for use in the construction industry. The tool was designed and simulated using Bihler’s bNX “software to Bihler Tooling standards” under the guidance and support of Bihler’s own tool designer’s. The tool is built for high volume production, using sintered steels and will include surface coatings to reduce wear and increase tool life. Next week, we are attending the Mach 2024 exhibition on stand 6-579 supporting Bihler.
