Concentric Pune celebrates Dussehra Dussehra, a festival that signifies the triumph of good over evil, is celebrated with great enthusiasm across India. It marks the victory of Lord Rama over the demon king Ravana, reminding us of the importance of righteousness. During this year’s Dussehra celebration, our talented shop floor associates at Concentric AB Pune plant showcased their creativity by preparing vibrant Rangoli Designs. Rangoli is a traditional freehand drawing created by drawing intricate patterns on the ground, using finely ground coloured powders. This art form requires skill and a keen eye for detail, as artists blend colours and shapes to create beautiful designs that often reflect themes of nature, mythology, and culture. This traditional art form, symbolizes joy and festivity, bringing life and colour to our workspace. The rangoli not only beautified our surroundings in the workplace but also fostered a spirit of collaboration and teamwork among the team. Each intricate pattern reflects their dedication and artistic flair, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that embodies the festive spirit of Dussehra. We are proud to celebrate this rich cultural heritage together and to celebrate diversity and inclusion at our site in Pune. Concentric AB’s EMP brand is a leading producer of Mini-Hybrid® electric fan thermal management systems. The features and benefits of these systems are what made the EMP 12V Mini-Hybrid® system the obvious choice for agricultural equipment manufacturer, Stinger’s Stacker 8500 Hay Hauler (https://lnkd.in/dZBPPw6C) application. The 8-fan system is one of the largest EMP-branded fan systems ever made, standing at 56 inches tall (1.4m), and over 400 lbs, with no heat exchangers. Most hydraulic or clutch-based mechanical fans in similar applications consume 30+ mechanical horsepower from the engine. Even factoring in a 70% alternator efficiency, the EMP fan system consumes less than 7 mechanical horsepower from the engine. This translates directly to fuel savings and more power to the wheels by reducing parasitic engine load from the cooling fan. Furthermore, the EMP variable-speed reversible fans solve the problem in the field where heat exchangers would frequently get plugged with hay chaff, requiring manual cleanout and downtime. The variable-speed fans prevent clogging by only running as hard as needed for engine cooling. The fan reverse feature is effective at backflushing hay chaff out of the radiators for self-cleaning, at the click of a button. Some added features include: ·  Fully reversible fans to eliminate preventative maintenance on the heat exchangers ·  Increased fuel efficiency ·  More power to the wheels ·  Reduced noise “Initially, I doubted electric fans could replace and perform better than our large hydraulic reversing fan on our 460hp industrial engine. But once we tested the EMP fans at peak power and after getting real-world in-field data, we quickly realized how much better they perform. We use less HP to do the same job. Additionally, our units are operated in a very dirty environment, and we have found that significantly less air overall is being moved which is keeping more debris out of our coolers. Concentric AB is delighted to announce the acquisition of GO Engineering, a renowned German company specializing in high-quality electronics design and manufacturing.   GO Engineering brings extensive experience and expertise in electronics design and manufacturing across various industries, including commercial vehicles and industrial applications. This acquisition will strengthen Concentric’s electronic engineering capabilities, particularly in software and hardware development. Additionally, it will integrate printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing — a crucial element in the electronics value chain — into the Concentric Group.   The acquisition is anticipated to positively impact Concentric’s performance by boosting our electric sales and achieving medium-term cost efficiencies through in-house controller design and manufacturing.
