We are hiring!! Health and Wellbeing Coach - Smoking Cessation As part of the Rotherham Healthwave team, our Health and Wellbeing Coaches support people from the local community to improve how they manage their physical, and in turn their mental health. Through working with people both on a one to one or in a group setting, you will help people to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to change their health-related behaviours, helping to improve their overall quality of life, health, and wellbeing. These behaviours can include dietary advice, smoking cessation, and physical activity. As a Health and Wellbeing Coach you will also be responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate clinical records. The role requires coaching skills, patience, and empathy to support people reaching their goals. A person-centred approach is key to the success of the service, and although the role can sometimes be challenging it is also very rewarding. https://lnkd.in/efPUWBN6
