The #CopernicusClimate Change Service (#C3S) & #CopernicusAtmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), implemented by #ECMWF.
About us
The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) are two services of the European Union’s Copernicus Earth Observation Programme implemented by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) on behalf of the European Commission. 🌍🛰️🔴 The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) provides authoritative information about the world’s past, present and future climate. Our freely accessible high-quality data, tools and information help businesses, scientists and policymakers to mitigate and adapt to the effects of climate change. We directly support businesses in climate-sensitive sectors, such as energy, health and insurance, to develop valuable tools for real-world problems. This stimulates other organisations to create their own applications based on our data. ▶️ climate.copernicus.eu 🌍🛰️🔵 The Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) provides quality-controlled information related to air pollution and health, solar energy, greenhouse gases and climate forcing, across the world. We support policymakers, businesses and citizens by providing atmospheric environmental information, available as analyses and forecasts. We work with a diverse range of industries which use our information products to provide a set of unrivalled services. These include numerous air quality apps, wildfire analysis and solar radiation evaluation among many others. ▶️ atmosphere.copernicus.eu We invite all businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, to get in touch to find out how data can be used to create commercially viable products with the aim of protecting and sustaining our environment.
