Today, we celebrate two remarkable individuals who have reached major career milestones with us:   🌟 James Lamin (pictured left) recently celebrated 25 years of service on 15th November 2024. As our Projects & Process Engineer, James has been instrumental in driving innovation, including his significant contribution to our project that earned the Make UK Runner-Up Award for Innovation. Over the years, James has excelled in multiple roles, including Engineering Manager and Site & Facilities Manager.   🌟 Tony Mawhinney (pictured right) celebrated an incredible 38 years with the business on 27th October 2024, with this year also marking 25 years at our South Wales site. Currently serving as our Compliance Manager, Tony has worn many hats, including Quality Manager, Warehouse Manager, and roles within our Transport Team, showcasing his versatility and commitment to Coppice.   We are immensely grateful for their dedication, expertise, and the impact they have had on our business.
