  • Few creative content assignments are as challenging as those produced on behalf of highly-regulated industries. Whether they are financial services, legal or government organisations, reputation and de-risking is hugely important. The rules on compliance and regulatory approval don't just disappear because you're sitting on the killer idea or turn of phrase that you know will hit home better than anything. That's why we appreciate it when clients engage their compliance colleagues in the early stages of ideation, as one New York-based client proposed to us today. For sure, no creative likes to have their wings clipped. But honest collaboration from the get-go helps both client and agency to design an approach that works for everyone. Do you work in a highly-regulated sector? How have you found ways to keep creative, and avoid the over-sanitisation of marketing content?
