It’s New Year’s Eve! Before we jump into 2025, let's remember how amazing 2024 has been for Cordia UK. Some milestones included: ➡️ Fully letting our commercial property, The Bank with new residents including the Banq tattoo studio, The Reformer Studio and buildfifty5 ltd. ➡️ Sharing our knowledge at events such as the RIBA West Midlands Youth Design Panel in partnership with Birmingham City Council and the Birmingham Youth City Board ➡️ Supporting charities through sport including March’s Business Fives Ltd charity football match for Birmingham Children's Hospital and February's St. Modwen charity run for LandAid. ➡️ Officially starting construction on our Jewellery Quarter residential property, The Lampworks. ➡️ Holding our Catch up with Cordia event which included a Hungarian foundation stone ceremony for The Lampworks and announcing that we received planning permission for our new shared living development Bradford Works.
