Interesting to see Spanish renewable developer Finerge agree to sell 100GWh/annum of power to bp from the Parque Eólico Navarra wind farm. It is bp's first wind PPA in Spain, and Finerge's first #CorporatePPA

How cool is this? MN8 Energy have helped the City of Cambridge to execute a 50MW solar #VPPA, as the city looks to offset residential carbon emissions. ✍☀⚡🌍
🌞 Thrilled to share some groundbreaking news! We're helping the City of Cambridge make some history today. Our 135MWac Prairie Solar project in Illinois includes a historic 50MWac Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) with the city of Cambridge, MA - the largest municipal renewable energy agreement of its kind in U.S. history! Moreover, building this project in Illinois' MISO grid will deliver 2.6x more emissions reductions than if built in Massachusetts while creating 300 new jobs in Champaign County. This is what the clean energy transition looks like - communities, cities, and companies coming together to build something remarkable. Super news from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) who can gladly announce their transacted #CorporatePPA with Google linking the Zeevonk project to power demand based in the Netherlands 👏⚡🌍
Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, through its Energy Transition Fund I, announced today that it has entered a power purchase agreement with Google in the Netherlands. Under the agreement, Google will purchase 250 MW wind power generated at the Zeevonk project to power its Dutch operations for 15 years. “We are very pleased to enter this partnership with Google and support their decarbonisation goals through this long-term renewable energy purchase agreement. It represents an important milestone for CIP and underlines the many opportunities in the combination of offshore wind, power-to-x and the increasing demand for renewable power by data centres, “said Felix Pahl, partner at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The reality of #CorporatePPAs is seeing all parties coming together on a common goal. Viewing the constructed project is always exciting, but a nice touch seeing Enviromena deliver a Trinasolar module to the The University of Manchester. Well done to all involved 👏☀⚡🌍
Enviromena thought we'd send Lee Barlow & the energy team at The University of Manchester one of the 102,000 Trinasolar modules now in place at our flagship Essex site #medebridge. Not long till the site will be powering c.65% of the University's energy requirements, with thanks to Cian & the team at Inspired PLC. #uknetzero
