Me and the team are forever asking how companies store, fill and monitor their supply. We understand price is important, but service and other variables seem to fade away into the mist! 😲 We was asked to attend numerous sites and review everything from pricing, to storage and how the drivers were filling up. Below is an image taken from one of the sites of a globally recognised company. It seems in the chaos of day to day work, certain parts of the operation can be overlooked and missed. Due to having 3 different suppliers, no structure and monitoring this was becoming costly. 3 Different suppliers is not a problem, however it is important to know what AdBlue is going into what vehicle. If there is ever a debate due to AdBlue faults in vehicles, it is important to know where and what AdBlue has been used. Our AdBlue has full traceability making the process very quick and simple after an on-site test. 👨🔬 Thankfully, this eventually was spotted due to various vehicle and supply issues and has now been resolved.
