The world leaders in evidence-based weight management
About us
Counterweight provides evidence-based weight management programmes. The Counterweight Programmes were developed from research begun in 2000 involving a collaboration between leading academics at seven UK Universities. Research involved assessing the burden of overweight and obesity in the NHS, and development and evaluation of novel weight management programmes. Our flagship weight loss programme has been clinically proven to help people achieve remission from Type II diabetes. We’re currently live in NHS clinics across the UK, and scaling quickly.
