In our latest case study we highlight our collaboration with the Institute of Photonics at Leibniz Universität Hannover, Germany. The university's research focuses on developing an integrated quantum light source for secure Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) networks. Central to this project is Covesion’s 30mm MgO:PPLN waveguide, chosen for its exceptional conversion efficiency in producing high-rate photon pairs via Spontaneous Parametric Down Conversion (SPDC).
