Working as the developer, Bouygues UK in conjunction with the London Borough of Newham, is delivering one of the most exciting and significant town centre regeneration projects in London’s Canning Town. The scale of this scheme is immense. Forming part of the £3.7 billion Canning Town and Custom House Regeneration Programme, Hallsville Quarter is the new £600 million town centre that is being created to establish a lasting legacy for Canning Town. It will act as the catalyst for the transformation of the wider area, helping to form a new, thriving and prosperous district centre for this emerging area of east London. Bouygues UK, alongside our partners, has already developed and constructed the first three phases of this five phase regeneration scheme. We are currently on site delivering the fourth phase; a joint venture between Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP and Bouygues UK’s development arm. 👷♂️ 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 👷♀️ Phase 1 of cable redirections is now complete ✅ at Creagh Concrete new pre-fab Energy Centre designed and manufactured by Creagh on site, where we installed and terminated the bespoke LV switchboard provided by Northern Switchgear Ltd. We’re about to start phase 2, which includes a second pre-fab switch room with new LV Switchgear and final phase which is the install of a new upgraded NIE connection to increase site MIC to the Energy Centre and relocation of site I-Power Genset. 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟 Level 11 installation continues on Guildford Crescent in Cardiff for Galliford Try. This development will see the creation of 272 new homes in a 30-storey tower, which will provide attractive, modern, open-plan living with full-height windows in a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments reflecting the current demand within Cardiff City centre. The building will be split into three levels, of 29, 25 and 21 storeys, and there will be a roof terrace on the 26th floor. We partnered again with Kinship Care Northern Ireland, with toys being delivered to their Magherafelt store today. The Christmas Wishing Tree Appeal makes a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children who have been through so much already.
