CreateFuture had a client team in from a large Life & Pensions company over the past couple of weeks to do a GV style Design Sprint - in person! The brief was wide: how do we better engage customers with their investments? The chosen solution to test was actually quite simple (they often are). It will be easy to implement and should create significant value for the brand. But one of the best outcomes was out buzzing the whole group was for having spent all that time together working on one thing with no distractions, in the same room and bonding over it. That is priceless. ps - I rewrote it with LI AI, the result is below, not quite right but impressed that it even chucked in an emoji!!! CreateFuture recently hosted a client team from a large Life & Pensions company for a GV style Design Sprint in person! The focus was on improving customer engagement with investments. The selected solution, although simple, is expected to deliver significant value for the brand. However, the most rewarding aspect was the team bonding and lack of distractions while collaborating on this project—a priceless outcome indeed! 🚀 #DesignSprint #CustomerEngagement #TeamBonding
