We were delighted to host our Intermediary event at our office in St. Paul’s, led by Mitesh Hathi and Ravi Sidhoo. The evening began with a warm welcome and an update on our key achievements this year. We also had the pleasure of hearing from guest speakers, Evie Higgs and Sebastian Verity from Allsop’s, who shared an exclusive market forecast with valuable insights to help our intermediaries navigate the future. It was fantastic to see familiar faces from the Property industry and hear a positive outlook on the market as we head into 2025 and beyond. The event was a great opportunity to thank our intermediaries for their ongoing support and engage in an evening of networking, drinks, and thought-provoking discussions on how we can continue to support them. We're delighted to be included in the Fast Growth 50 Index 2024! At an awards ceremony last night, Cynergy Bank was recognised as one of the 50 fastest growing businesses in London and the UK. Commenting on the accolade, our CEO Nick Fahy said: "Our disruptive mid-market SME model has enabled us to reach significant levels of growth at Cynergy Bank, and these awards give recognition to the hard work of our team, all of whom have contributed to our growth and success."

It was a pleasure hosting 50+ developers at the Flutter London (a Meet-Up group) event last night, where our very own Kadir U. Büyük discussed how Cynergy Bank built our mobile banking app from scratch. It was inspiring to hear from so many talented members of the Flutter community, sharing knowledge about Gen AI, UX, development and gaming. We look forward to our next Flutter meetup!

Not your average day in the office! This week we hosted our All Colleague Strategy Day, bringing the Cynergy Bank team together to reflect and celebrate our efforts and focus on the years ahead. The day was a chance for all our colleagues to hear from Nick Fahy and the team about Cynergy Bank’s future plans in our ‘Human Digital’ journey, with interactive sessions to discuss how we all can work together to achieve our collective goals, better serve our customers and help them achieve their ambitions. We also heard from special guest Mark Denton about his story captaining the ‘World’s Toughest Around-The-World Yacht Race’, with lessons on how we as a team can overcome challenges and Triumph Together. Finally, we also recognised colleagues who had gone above and beyond in embodying our values – Putting the Customer First, Risk Front and Centre, Opportunity, Empowerment and Innovation, United Team – Inclusive and Diverse, and Doing the Right Thing. Now onto the next year!
