🌱 Supporting children to become the best version of themselves

About us

Our mission to to inspire young people to be the best version of themselves. We work closely with young people and those around them - from parents, caregivers and educational institutions - to provide emotional education and individual therapy sessions. We understand how busy life can gets, so with online sessions we want our clients to feel understood from the comfort of their own home. And, for the times when all you need to do is talk to someone in person, our door is always open in our Wilmslow practice. Rachel, our founder, is a caring, competent and conscientious BACP accredited Psychotherapist. With over 8 year’s experience of counselling in school settings, Rachel supports students with mental health conditions and advises schools on their mental health strategies. She has been involved in setting up a number of counselling provisions in schools.

  • Divorce or separation is never easy, especially when children are involved 💬 What you say and how you say it matters Your words can shape how they process and understand what’s happening, as well as their emotional response If you’re noticing signs that your child may be struggling - such as withdrawal, changes in behavior, or difficulty expressing their feelings - consider reaching out for support 🛋️ Therapy can provide your child with a safe, understanding space to share their emotions and begin to process them in a healthy way 💛 You don’t have to navigate this alone. Head to the link in our bio to explore the therapy services we offer and how we can support your family through this time #familysupport #childwellbeing #divorcesupport #mentalhealthmatters

  • The New Year often brings a lot of pressure to reinvent, improve, and "get it right." But here’s a little reminder: Instead of chasing perfection, let’s focus on what really matters 🎯 Set small, meaningful goals - little steps that feel right for you 💙 Celebrate your progress - you’ve come so far already, and that deserves recognition ☁️ Make time to rest - reflection is just as important as action You don’t have to have it all figured out. Take January slowly, one gentle step at a time 💛 #januaryreminders #newyear #newyeargoals
