Whether you're joining us from across the pond or celebrating here in London, we’ve created a menu to make everyone feel right at home. Start with our moreish Classic Fried Chicken, served alongside flaky biscuits and rich sausage gravy—the perfect start to any Thanksgiving meal. Then, savor the main event with a Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner, complete with all the trimmings and an array of classic sides. And for dessert? Our Bourbon-Soaked Drunken Monkey Bread is a decadent finish, served with warm pecan caramel and creamy vanilla ice cream. Every bite is elevated with Jalapeño Cornbread and Maple Bacon Butter, blending sweet and spice in the most delicious way. A huge thank you to our talented chefs, who have poured their heart and skill into each dish. Working hard behind the scenes, they’ve crafted this unforgettable Thanksgiving experience, filled with flavours that bring warmth and comfort to the table. Employee Spotlight: Lady, she is one to Watch! Kicking off the week by celebrating the incredible journey of Lady, a true rising star in our People team! Lady joined us after the pandemic through the government’s Kickstart Scheme, set up by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). She came to us with a bit of nervousness, simply looking for a job, any job, eager to get to work. But we immediately saw her potential—and wow, has she proven us right. Starting as a recruiter in the People team, Lady had no formal HR experience, but her natural ability to connect with people and build relationships was something special. She quickly became a go-to for placing talented people in key roles, demonstrating an instinct for understanding people that can’t be taught. As our business has grown and evolved, so has Lady. She recently pivoted into the Learning and Development team as an L&D Coordinator, where she’s now supporting our operations as they develop and train their teams across the board. Her growth with us has been remarkable, and her adaptability and dedication have cemented her as an invaluable asset to the company. We’re beyond proud of the progress she’s made and excited to see her continue to thrive as she helps shape the future of our team. Here’s to a bright career ahead! Celebrating 95 extraordinary years of Quaglino’s ✨🍸🎷 Join us on Wednesday 2nd October for a night of glamour and decadence, as we celebrate this incredible milestone and relive some legendary moments that shaped our story.   Executive Chef Jack Smith has crafted a special menu inspired by the original 1937 Quaglino’s cookbook, while Bar Manager Ivan Gutu has curated a brand-new celebratory cocktail list featuring guest favourites from the past 95 years.   Enjoy early evening entertainment from Okiem and the Infinity Orchestra, setting the perfect tone for the night.
