The Damac group has over 30 years experience in the complete logistical process of importing cementitious and bulk powder products into the UK, unloading from vessels and the consequent handling and transporting to the product’s final destination.
Transporting bulk powder products requires a level of care and a specific type of equipment if the product is to arrive at its final destination in perfect condition. Damac operates a fleet of specialised vehicles designed for the movement of dry bulk powders operated by a highly trained and efficient workforce. As well as standard non-tip tanks, our fleet contains dedicated road barrel tipping tanks, ISO modular pressurised tanks, and tipping skeletals of all sizes. We have equipment dedicated specifically to transport non-hazardous powder chemicals as well as white cement. Our vehicles are fitted with tracking systems and DVS compliance and enhanced safety.
The geographical location of our purpose built site has immediate access to both the silo terminal and the heart of the motorway network giving quick and easy access to all major cities.
